Amy Fitzpatrick, MS, RD

Amy Fitzpatrick, M.S., R.D., Natrol’s Corporate Dietitian, provides expert advice to help you build a healthy supplement program as well as nutrition and wellness tips to help you achieve your health goals.

As a busy wife and mother of two young children, Amy knows the importance of balancing priorities for healthy living. Add her expertise as a registered dietitian and you have her signature “can-do” approach filled with practical tips. Just the inspiration you may need to begin your quest to be the best!

Amy has over 9 years of experience in the health and nutrition industry as a nutritionist, writer, researcher and educator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in foods and nutrition from Carson Newman College, Jefferson City, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in nutrition with an emphasis in physiological psychology from the University of Tennessee. Amy is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Nutrition in Complementary Care dietetic practice group.

Amy has served as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University, Seattle, Washington, one of the nation’s leading natural health sciences institutes. She has offered expert nutrition guidance for various media outlets, and served as a speaker for professional organizations such as the Tennessee Dietetic Association and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is actively involved in helping educating future nutrition professionals about complementary medicine at her alma mater, the University of Tennessee.
